Phoenix Company Affinity Group Tours Introduces Food Wine Tour toTemecula...

Affinity Group Tours, LLC just announced a four-day culinary tour featuring locally produced food and wine of the Temecula Valley in California. Following travel trends indicating that consumers want short vacations, authentic experiences, and small groups, the Company designed a tour to meet these needs. During the three-night program in October, guests will stay at the Inn at Churon Winery, an intimate boutique chateau in Temecula. Participants will enjoy exquisite meals from start to finish, including cooked-to-order breakfasts, spectacular luncheons al fresco, wine receptions, and dinners featuring innovative menus featuring locally produced ingredients. The group will also visit Temecula'ss vibrant farmer'ss market and the gourmet food purveyors in Old Town, sampling cheeses, olive oil, spices and more.

There are six wineries featured in the tour, including Thornton Winery, Callaway, Frangipani, Leonesse Cellars and Briar Rose Winery. Guests will also be able to sample wines from local wineries that are not open to the public as they visit the Temecula House of Wine. According to Cornelius, This tour gives Arizona residents a chance to enjoy the fall weather during harvest season and have special access to the featured chefs and vintners.

The tour will depart from Phoenix on October 15 and return on the 18th, and includes lodging, all meals while in Temecula, hosted wine tastings at six wineries, professional tour guides, and round-trip transportation.
