Danity Kane Doll House Party at Suite one8one PreThanksgiving Bash

November 26, 2008 -- It'ss San Francisco'ss Pre-Thanksgiving Bash tonight at Suite one8one in San Francisco (http://www.suite181.com/calendar.html). The event will be hosted by the Ladies of Danity Kane, the Multi-Platinum selling American R's38;B and Pop Girl Group, signed to Bad Boy Records and formed on the third installment of MTV'ss Making the Band reality television series. The quintet is comprised of members Aubrey O'sDay, Wanita Woodgette, Aundrea Fimbres, Dawn Richard, and Shannon Bex. A surpise special guest is scheduled to appear at midnight.

Suite one8one (http://www.suite181.com/viptables.html) provides the backdrop for this popular group. The nightclub attracts San Francisco'ss night life with bottle service, three VIP lounges, more than 20 VIP tables and spacious, private seating. Large screen projectors, projected visuals, two Technics 1200 turntables and more make this the place to be when the moon comes out in San Francisco. For the pre-Thanksgiving event, special guest DJs Big Von, One G, DJ Lando 1 and DJ James King will usher in Turkey Day with Danity Kane in the building.

After coming together in Making the Band Danity Kane released its debut album, Danity Kane, in 2006. It was produced with Bad Boy Records, Diddy'ss Label and brought to the public a blend of hip-hop, pop and R's38;B highlighting a unique sound. The album also features contributions from producers Jim Jonsin, Rami, Ryan Leslie, Timbaland, Mario Winans, and Bryan-Michael Cox. The album title single, Show Stopper peaked on Billboard'ss Hot 100 at number 8 and became a top 30 hit in Germany and in Lithuania.

The band'ss second album, Welcome to the Dollhouse, released in early 2008 and took its top ten position in Billboard'ss Hot 100, gaining further notice from MTV Video Music Awards with a nomination for Best Pop Video and Best Dancing in a Video.

Taping for the new season of MTV'ss Making the Band will be held at Suite one8one.
