Jaclyn Whittal Unleashes Debut CD Screwtiny Lead Single Slept with a Nation Included in EDGE Deerhurst Resorts Live Stage Show



May 11, 2005 -- Canadian recording Rock artist Jaclyn Whittal, in conjunction with Coracat Records & Management, is proud to announce the release of her debut CD, Screwtiny.

This solo rock project marks the culmination of three years of hard work, while performing full-time in the musical theatre world. Originally from Amherstburg, Ontario, Whittal developed her talents as a singer, actress, piano player and guitar player, and has performed on stages all over the world.    

"I still aim to do a Broadway show some time and will ultimately get there, but my solo recording project is something I've been plugging away at and I feel very strong about its direction," says Whittal.

A collaboration of 10 original tracks with producer/songwriter Ross Hardy (American Idol, Access Hollywood, Late Night with David Letterman, Everybody Loves Raymond), and mastered by Nick Blagona (Bee Gees, Foo Fighters, The Tea Party, Green Day) at MetalWorks Studios, this rockin' album with killer vocals is destined to break barriers in the independent music scene.
