Laura Thomas Plays Operation Truth Benefit May 21



May 16, 2005 -- The Laura Thomas Band will play at Canal Room (285 West Broadway) in New York City on Saturday May 21 at 7PM as part of a benefit concert for Operation Truth. Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo and Randi Rhodes from Air America Radio will be guest hosts, and Milo Z, the Laura Thomas Band and a special surprise guest will perform.

Operation Truth Operation Truth is a non-partisan, non-profit Iraq Veterans organization that is telling the truth about the war in Iraq. From a soldiers perspective, Operation Truth's goal is to educate and promote awareness of what is happening overseas.
