Darkfaery Subculture Magazine Offers Free Promotion for Indie Artists

May 20, 2005 -- From the nether-regions of Mid-Southern America comes Darkfaery Subculture. Spearheaded by designer, music artist, and web-mistress Duvy, Darkfaery Subculture represents the underground culture of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Tennessee. Darkfaery Subculture provides web design for unsigned music artists that fall under such categories as goth, industrial, new wave, synth-pop, trip-hop, experimental electronica, and other similar genres. Periodically, Darkfaery Subculture will pool its' resources to release compilation CDs of it's associated artists. Soon this modest gang of Do It Yourselfers will start up a music video website dedicated to this emerging underground scene. Most importantly, Darkfaery Subculture is the creative force behind Darkfaery Subculture Magazine, which focuses on the local talent with musician resources, music reviews, editorials, and band interviews with these artists whom you may ahve never heard of otherwise.

In a world where pop culture is revered as the unopposed gospel of the entertainment industry, Darkfaery Subculture is a determined conglomerate of music artists, designers, writers, web-engineers, and visual artists all working together to make something out of the cultural wasteland that is the Mid-South.
