Garage Rock II LineUp Announced for Main ToledoLucas Country Public Library Concert Series



May 21, 2005 -- The rock returns to the Main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, as the line up for Garage Rock II has been announced.

Garage Rock II features some of the best bands Northwest Ohio has to offer while also providing an opportunity for up and coming acts. A unique program for a library, rest assured the bands will crank it up to 11 as the event is live and loud.

In its second season, Garage Rock II is a six-week series featuring 18 area bands performing in the parking garage of Main Library, 325 Michigan Street. All shows are free and open to all ages. Free underground parking is available off Adams Street.

Concerts are slated to begin on Thursday, June 9, at 6:30 and continue on a weekly basis through Thursday, July 14.

Area bands scheduled to perform at Garage Rock include:
- June 9: Stereomod, Vanderbee and Falling Back
- June 16: Resonant Soul, Desolation Angels and the Drawers
- June 23: Separation Tree, Legion and Leaving Autumn
- June 30: Peter's Cry, Pawn and Phoenix 1
- July 7: Catchpole, Texas Pete and the Revolution and 2nd Life
- July 14: Society's Ugly Son, Burnt Notion and Moonmen
