Indian Pop Star Reggie Benjamin to Perform National Anthem at LA Dodgers vs Florida Marlins Home Game
Indian pop star Reggie Benjamin, who is the first Indian pop artist to land on the Billboard charts with a series of successful singles. Benjamin, who has been named among the Top 10 most influential Indians living in America, has been chronicled by E! Entertainment in a special featured program. The Club 2X recording artist bolted to Top 5 on the overseas Dance Charts in more than 24 countries with his catchy single "Hurry Up." His follow up single "Ride" rose to Top 3 in 30 countries before coming full circle to the U.S. and entering the Billboard Breakout Dance charts at #4 for Hot Dance Club play in America in 2004. Benjamin's forthcoming music video for new single "Turn" features Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick with a June release date.
Reggie Benjamin will perform the National Anthem at the Dodgers vs Florida Marlins home game, becoming the first Indian artist to perform the nation's anthem at the legendary ballpark.
