"It's Too Late" is a mid-tempo track filled with lush, vibrant heartfelt vocals lead by Nikkole and Wanda Hutchinson-Vaughn of The Emotions. Nikkole and The Emotions deliver those rich background vocals that are synonymous with The Hutchinson Sisters better known to the world as The Emotions. The song was written by Nikkole, Wallace Hall and Lloyd Tolbert with the lead vocal arrangement by, Nikkole and background vocal arrangement by, Nikkole and Wanda Hutchinson-Vaughn.
