First Independent Music Festival Will Be Held In Manhattan

Many can argue that the music found on the radio is too mainstream or widely promoted. The simple fact to the matter is that each radio station has a list that they must play. What if that changed What if there was a radio station that promoted independent musicians and even held a concert in Manhattan for their musicians to perform in the Fall

Blue Beam Radio allows musicians to upload their indie music, create band pages and get their music rated. Each week they create a new playlist and those with the high ratings are played on every page of their website.



The juice to this website is the promise of a fall concert. Many of you have probably heard or perhaps even read about the Battle of the Bands but what would you think if we told you this website is actually throwing a concert in Manhattan this Fall comprised of music from all genres



Unlike open mic night, the music featured at the concert is actually good. How do we know If any musician on Blue Beam Radio wants to be in the concert they have to make it to the top of the charts. They have to be the best and people have to give them good ratings.
