Limewire, EDonkey, iMesh, Morpheus, BearShare and Kazaa are working with 'A Matter of Substance' joined with multimedia giants 'Intent Media Works' to put the names of unsigned
independent artits and rock bands on the map. One of the most important bands that 'AMOS' is working with is New York City's New Professionals fronted by the notorious Karen Curious. The
entire record is available for free on all of these P2P networks and is currently receiving over 500 downloads each day on EDonkey alone.
The New Professionals have been working non-stop to be heard by the masses for the last year and finally their hard work seems to be paying off. They have played on the main stage at
Boston's gay pride celebration for thousands, they have been featured with airplay and a live interview on Sirius Satellite radio, and also have received airplay on some Texas radio.
Contracts are currently being written up for a South American tour later this season. The right people need to hear the New Professionals' music and the right people are the masses. P2P
and free music downloads is the best way that the people can control what music they hear. Karen Curious and New Professionals may be one of the few bands that will be heard world-wide
and still be considered an indepenent entity. The band is currently planning a tour at the end of August down the east coast and through Florida. And in the meantime the group is putting
together a second record. For more information regarding New Professionals or 'A Matter of Substance' you can find them on the web at www.new-professionals.com or
