Playa Fly Released From Jail

Dee Money Entertainment, representatives for Playa Fly, have notified MemphisRap.com that Playa Fly has indeed finally been released from the custody of the state of Tennessee jail. Playa Fly is set to be going back into the studio, in the coming weeks, to finish recording new material for his upcoming album, Mafia All Day.



As an underground legend in the south, Playa Fly has been recognized as one of the most prolific artists coming out of the southern region. With a loyal fan base, he has managed to move approximately a combined total of 250,000 units independently off his previous body of work. Playa Fly has produced a multitude of regional classics such as 's8220;Nobody Needs Nobody,'s8221; 's8220;Just Gettin It On, featuring Gangsta Blac and his father, the late great Bill Chill respectively and the hood anthem Crownin's Me, just to name a few.



Playa Fly's8217;s upcoming album, 's8220;Mafia All Day's8221; is currently slated to be released sometime this coming Fall 2006. The album will be released under the Minnie Mae Muzik imprint, in association with Dee Money Entertainment.



At this present moment, no official lead single has been serviced to radio; the label is currently undecided between Horses and Royalty. Minnie Mae Muzik and Dee Money Entertainment is in the process of creating and implementing a promotional tour with the upcoming release of the Mafia All Day album.
