Rumors suggest that this retro-active tax may be put on hold due to the anger people are feeling over the stimulis packages large spending on concrete projects and hundreds of pages on social reform laws, having over 22 states filing sovereignty legistlation to prevent the Pelosi bill from telling their elected officials how to govern in their states.
