Tupperware Issues National Leadership Award



Donna Aleksy, of Peru, IL, was recently named the recipient of the National Leadership Summit Award by Tupperware. The annual award is given to people in the Tupperware organization who demonstrate a "generous spirit, open embrace and giving attitude."

Aleksy was honored for demonstrating the spirit and mission of the organization and for being open to helping everyone in the company without ever expecting anything in return.

Aleksy runs one of the top 10 Tupperware organizations in the country, and is available for coaching nationwide.

Aleksy has been involved in the Tupperware organization for 13 years, and initially got involved as a way to "keep up with old friends," she explained. Her involvement quickly turned into a profitable and enjoyable business.

She encourages entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams of self-employment, and she has coached top wage earners in the Tupperware organization.

Aleksy explains, "The relationships that I have developed with my leadership team are each unique and bring to me qualities such as honesty, integrity, commitment and trust. My purpose is to nurture those relationships and to develop new ones. It is by doing so that I am able to help others achieve and realize their dreams."
