Coastal Vacations Level 3 Director Britt Phillips Reveals How the Past...

Britt Phillips's success with Coastal Vacations can be atrributed to refusing to listen to anyone in life unless they were doing better than him. He refused to accept defeat and failure was never an option. Phillips has taken the guess work out of it and laid out a proven road map to success anyone can follow.



When asked what his secret is as one of the highest sought after Coastal Vacations mentors, he said The money I make these days is for all the yesterdays I invested to learn what works and what does not.



Phillips warned the average Coastal Vacations rep unfortunately gives bad advice to the people they sign up. Mistakes include buying leads or using a call center. Both have proven to not be remotely effective as simply learning how to properly work the business from someone who can demonstrate a level of success and a proven track record. Here'ss a simple snapshot of why my system is so effective. I teach each team member how to rely on themselves. I show them how to use proven tools and a proven method of lead generation and follow-up. These tools and the great Coastal compensation offer team members over 15 streams of immediate income. No other Coastal Director offers anything close to what my team members enjoy. Phillips said.



Phillips hosts a weekly generic Coastal Vacations opportinity conference call and desktop meeting to help his success team members close more sales. He also does personal team training calls and desktop training sessions and makes himself available to do three way sales calls where he demonstrates live how to properly close Coastal sales. Phillips team members also enjoy a remarkable nationwide advertising Co-Op which allows them to reach well over 110 million people every month and much, much more.



Phillips doesn'st really have to sing his own praises because he'ss got plenty of success team members who gladly do it for him! Phillips often works with other Coastal Directors who are tired of getting nowhere with what they are being told to do. This was the case with Lynette who after joining Phillips team said to be able to part of this phenomenal marketing system is an amazing experience for me.
