This extensive audit was conducted by SAS 70 Solutions, Inc., one of the largest audit firms in the United States principally focused in the delivery of SAS 70 audit services. Established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) is a standard for auditing service organizations.
Internationally recognized, the standard is used by independent auditors to review a service provider'ss controls for safeguarding its customers's data. The audit conducted of ShoreGroup
included not only operational process controls, but also security and information technology processes. Type II certification includes the service organization'ss description of controls,
and details testing of the service organization'ss sustained controls during the period under review.
