The couple have a coaching and training company, Compass Consulting Team, that trains companies and organizations on the art of becoming a Purple Cow. They'sve taken Seth Godin'ss principles and designed an engaging, thought-provoking, cowragious workshop that teaches the concepts, skills, and techniques of how to become a Purple Cow and use the edges to find those soft innovations that people (sneezers) will remark about.
