June 15, 2005 -- The Better Dog Network and Humane Society would like to announce the launch of our rescue network website at www.bdnhumanesociety.com.

Why better Because we aren't a single rescue, but rather a network of animal rescue groups in Canada who are working together to find homes for dogs in need.

The Better Dog Network and Humane Society offers many services. We are also involved with animal transport between rescue organizations, and would like to extend an invitation to individuals and rescues alike who are interested in helping out, to sign up under our "how to help" section to assist in animal transport in Canada. We are also accepting applications for foster homes and event volunteers.

We are very interested in connecting rescues across Canada, and it remains our goal to create an ultimate rescue network which can help us all work together to find the perfect forever homes for pets in need.
