Good Mews Animal Foundation Helps Katrina Cats
Good Mews is assisting several groups in the ongoing rescue of displaced cats and kittens from this devastating hurricane. We currently have several cats left homeless by this tragedy available for adoption.
One of our volunteers is helping to rebuild an animal shelter in Slidell, Louisiana that was flooded by the storm. Both Good Mews and our volunteers donated hundreds of pounds of supplies for her to take to both the people and pets suffering in the aftermath of this tragedy.
Good Mews is also teaming up with No More Homeless Pets and doing what we can to help with the Katrina animals.
Good Mews is very excited about the opportunity, but we need your help.
Please visit our website at http://www.goodmews.org or call 770-499-2287 for information on Good Mews and adopting, forstering, volunteering or donating. In our fifteen years Good Mews has rescued over 4,000 cats.
