8th Annual University Row at the Virginia Gold Cup

University Row, the popular North Rail gathering of alumni at the Virginia Gold Cup Races, is set to return for an eight straight year.

Now featuring nearly fifty officially-chartered alumni chapters and clubs from the Greater Metropolitan Washington, DC area, University Row has become a fixture on the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia social scene and has been named "a primary social area" at the Virginia Gold Cup by The Washington Post.

"University Row represents the best of what alumni groups have to offer: The chance to network; the chance to socialize; and to represent their alma maters respectfully at one of the largest intercollegiate alumni gatherings in the country", says AEA founder, John Fedewa. "University Row is a nice balance of youth, fun, taste, and good management. This is what attracts our sponsors, this is what inspires our guests to return year after year, and this balance is what will make this year the best yet."

About University Row:
University Row (http://www.universityrow.org) is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit activity; proceeds in excess of costs benefit the charitable missions of participating organizations. Event oversight was transferred to the Alumni Events Alliance in 2005.
