Charity Wedding Gown Ball in Support of Breast Cancer Research to be Held in August An Excuse to Wear Wedding Dresses Again
A Charity Wedding Gown Ball, in support of Breast Cancer Research UK, is being held at Chesford Grange Hotel on the 11th August 2006. The glamorous event will be a great opportunity for all past brides and bridesmaids to don their wedding outfits again.
The ball will be held at the height of the wedding season but instead of a single bride, hundreds of brides will descend on Chesford Grange to enjoy dinner, entertainment and a charity auction to support Breast Cancer Research UK.
Joanne Barratt, General Manager of Chesford Grange, said "The Wedding Gown Ball is a fantastic and fun opportunity to support a great cause. We are excited because many of our suppliers are also supporting the event."
The Wedding Gown Ball is being organised by local resident Sara Bennett, who was desperate for an opportunity to wear her white dress again, following her marriage last year.
Tickets are priced at £55 each, or £50 each to book a table for 10, and include a welcome drink followed by a four-course gourmet meal and entertainment.
