Want to stand loud and proud about being an errand or concierge service ownerThe International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA) has created a certification program to recognize its active association members who are committed as business owners.

On May 1, 2009, ICEA launched their certification program with their first class of concierge specialists who, once they have met a stringent list of requirements, will be given the designation of Certified Concierge Specialist. CCS'ss will serve as role models for future errand and concierge business owners.

ICEA continues to serve as the industry leader in professional development by providing its members with the tools they need to be successful business owners and outstanding community leaders.

The certification program is one step in a long range plan to standardize service quality, business practices, and ethical behavior within the errand and concierge service industry and continue the learning process for those business owners committed to excellence to the public and other concierge professionals.
