TriCity Family Housing adds Lisa N. McGonagle to its Board of Directors

The Tri-City Family Housing Board of Directors met on Wednesday September 28, 2005 at Tri-City's Annual Meeting to elect new directors and officers for the coming year. One of the nominees, Lisa N. McGonagle, Principal of Nickerson PR, Marketing & Events, Inc., cordially accepted the honor.



Judy Perlman, Executive Director of Tri-City Family Housing, commented, "Tri-City's strongest priorities for 2006 include raising its profile, reaching out to new constituents, and becoming more widely known and seen as a real player in the real estate community. Tri-City is a large organization and it doesn't have the awareness it deserves. Public relations, marketing and connecting with natural constituents in real estate is important and a priority for Tri-City. Doug Banks, a fellow board member, told me Lisa McGonagle was great, energetic, had a great network, and was going to feel very connected to Tri-City's work, and so far she seems to be."



Ms. McGonagle was nominated to serve a three year term on the Tri-City by Doug Banks, Editor of Mass High Tech. Mr. Banks explains, "Lisa's expertise and understanding of the real estate and development industry, combined with her knowledge of branding and marketing, is a perfect match for Tri-City Family Housing, Inc. as it moves towards its next stage of development. The board is looking forward to working with Lisa as Tri-City Family Housing, Inc. continues to grow in its ability to help families struggling to find a place to call home."



Responsibilities of members of the Tri-City's Board of Directors include developing marketing and public relations strategy, creating and implementing strategic objectives, and financial decision-making .
