First Quality Hygienic Inc. Responds to PGs Lawsuit

8211;- The lawsuit filed by The Procter & Gamble Company against First Quality Hygienic, Inc. last week in Federal Court in New York (case no. 2:06-cv-01132) concerns packaging for a product manufactured by First Quality for one of their many private label customers; which customer is apparently also a valued business partner of P&G.

First Quality prides itself on its working relationship with its customers and its impeccable reputation in the industry. First Quality strongly believes that they should not be a party to this litigation and that this matter should be resolved between P&G and this valued common customer/business partner.

First Quality will have no further comment regarding this matter.
