Do you Trust Birth We are a support group of women who want to learn more about the birthing process. The natural, intervention free birth process.



We believe that making an educated decision regarding our births is the key factor to having healthy, happy births, even if we have to have some interventions when necessary. But most interventions are NOT necessary.



At our meetings we will discuss such topics as uunecessary interventions in labor and birth, nutrition during pregnancy, information about cesarean sections and preventing primary sections, vbacs, water births, plus more.



Please join us if you have a love of birth or would love to learn more about how you can birth safely and make educated decisions about your birth. Our goal is to educate women on having natural and healthy births with low or no interventions, and to help women become informed so that they can make they best decisions that they can.
