Quorum Announces Formation of SAP Production Revenue Accounting Practice

Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. In conjunction with this Quorum has hired four industry experts, including Rich Schaeffer and Andy Fitz who have been appointed as directors of the newly developed practice. These hires bring a wealth of experience with PRA from both a business and technical standpoint.

The formation of the Production Revenue Accounting practice is in direct response to the increased need of both existing clients and the market as a whole, and fits well into Quorum's overall strategy of providing industry standard solutions and services to the energy market. Rich Schaeffer is a 32 year industry veteran who began his career at Exxon. Rich has worked both in the industry at Exxon and Oryx Energy and as an energy consultant for Price Waterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. Rich left IBM in 2003 as an associate partner in the energy group. Since that time, he has served as an independent consultant with various PRA users. While at Price Waterhouse, Rich was the lead architect for PREMAS, which evolved into SAP PRA. Rich has helped to establish and grow PRA in the industry and has assisted a number of industry leading companies, such as ExxonMobil, Chevron and BP.

Andy Fitz, a 27 year industry veteran, began his career with Tomlinson Interests in 1981. After leaving Tomlinson, Andy continued his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served in various management positions until his departure as Director in January 2001. Since that time, Andy has worked as an independent consultant for various clients and SAP. Andy has been heavily involved with SAP's PRA module for over a decade and was the lead application architect for the SAP PRA development project. Andy has worked with a host of industry leading companies, such as BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Hess, and Marathon.

In addition, Quorum has recently hired two additional SAP PRA veterans, Debby Aaron and Alan Bounds, who will work with Rich and Andy to grow Quorum's PRA practice.
