I am very satisfied with the settlement we have reached in this litigation, said Trey Harris, President of LOPSA. LOPSA will now be able to move forward with its mission to serve the
system administrator community.
The litigation has demanded a great deal of time and energy from LOPSA'ss leaders, volunteers, and staff over the past year, said Harris. With this settlement, we can refocus on our
programs, our members, and the continuing professionalization of our community. With the litigation behind us, LOPSA is now in a fantastic position for future growth in membership and
programs.
I would especially like to thank our attorneys, Eric Stieglitz and David Abrams, of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres 's38; Friedman, who handled our case in an exceptional manner.
