Your Honour my name is Charles Gant and I am a Television Host for a Reality Tv Show named Fantasy Island-Reality Tv and I am also International Singer. I currently reside in Queensland Australia.

I am writing to you to plead the case of Ms Schapelle Corby for the reasons I have outlined in this letter to you.

I would like to point out that I do not know or have ever met Ms Corby.

My only motive is to assist her because in the eyes of god we all have a right to life, freedom and justice. I personally have never been involved with any type of drug in anyway shape or form.

I am continually in the media and in the public eye here in Australia as I have recently been signed by an International motion picture company,Xit Motion Pictures, to Star in the Feature Movie titled "The Web We Weave" which is a story recreating my life and an expos of the truth highlighting some of the corruptions within Australia.

The relevance to this, your Honour, is that I too have personally been a victim of official corruption and frame ups in the past and am currently experiencing it now in Australia.

I have been subjected to cover ups by members of our legal profession and I have also been falsely imprisoned in the past and held in custody in a maximum security prison for over 8 and a half month for crimes I never committed even before I had a chance to prove I was innocent at a trial.

Myself and my family have lost our homes and our money. From once being worth millions of dollars to now having nothing, all because someone in a position of trust and authority was given the power to set people up, lie and manipulate the legal system. Unfortunately innocent people are perceived in the public eye as guilty even before they have been tried.

Ms Corby is an example of such a person where the presumption of innocence in the public eye has never applied.
