ShopForBibles.com a website dedicated to the sale of different versions and styles of Bible, has updated the site to include a blog, found at www.GodsHandbookToLife.com.
Founded by Patricia Butler, ShopForBibles.com was launched in January 2007. Since, the site has accrued a selection of Bibles tailored to many different types of people.
We carry every translation of the Bible from King James to New International, said Butler. You can also purchase Bibles with special features like wide margins for note-taking.
Providing options for any interested party, the site has something for every level of Biblical scholar, from children to everyday readers to ministers and other church leaders. To that
end, Bibles come with as many or as few features as the reader desires. There are straightforward, plain text versions, but there are also versions with concordances and other study
guides.
We strive to carry Bibles that work for our customers, said Butler. We know everyone has particular things they like and dislike about certain versions, so we try to provide as many
options as possible.
Explaining all the minute differences and subtleties in different Bible versions will be the job of the informational blog, God'ss Handbook to Life, which launched in September 2008.
A lot of people don'st know exactly what the difference is between different translations of the Bible, said Butler. Our blog will be a place to go where all those types of questions can
be answered.
Wanting the blog to be informational as well as inspirational, Butler emphasized that the blog will also focus on the healing power of the Bible.
Ideally, the blog will be a place that people can go to find passages that can help them through difficult times, said Butler. It'ss important that our site and our blog are about more
than selling Bibles.
