Spectacular Ocean Views for Volvo Ocean Race

The Volvo Ocean Race comes to Portsmouth in May 2006 providing a fantastic opportunity to see these elite racing yachts in action. On Monday 29 May the yachts will take part in an in-port race in the Solent with point counting towards the overall result.



Places are available for small groups and individuals to join the beautiful tall ship J.R. Tolkien for the day and to watch this thrilling event. Places cost £145 per person and includes a sumptuous buffet lunch and afternoon tea.



The ship will leave port at 10 am allowing time to sail and get in place to see the race start at 1 pm. The ship will return to port at 5pm.
