Before you contact me to complain. Take note of these facts.
Garbled Content: We robotically clean articles for release to portable devices. Your article may not be as you submitted it because you copied from a none robot compliant word editor. Often noted by numbers like &9422 in the middle of a sentence. We are not a editorial service. Do not ask us to correct how your company released its content.
Contact Information: Press releases are submitted to our cleaning service through third party companies. If that company adds your contact information seperately from the release on their website then most likely that information is not submitted to us at all. We remove hyperlinks to websites only our members are allowed to create hyperlinks in a press release since this is never done with XHTML compliance by other companies. If you want your contact information in your press release ALWAYS release it as part of the body. 95% of your readers comes from websites OTHER than the one you submitted the work to. You only noticed the information was missing with us because of our high search ranks. Your information wasn't visiable to 95% of the readers. Again. ALWAYS release your information with the body.
Permission: YOU ISSUED A PRESS RELEASE. This means you released all rights to the words to the press or media distribution center. WE WILL NOT delete work. You have no rights to the work, because you released it. The first contact most people send us in an email is a threat of being sued. This tells us immediately you haven't talked to a lawyer to have him charge you $500 an hour to explain the definition of the word release. Here it is for free:

PRNN is a vital part of how your press release is actually distributed. When you issued it via one of the many companies it has to actually go somewhere. PRNN attempts to make your work XHTML AND XML compliant. These formats allow for the largest distribution. We also do not charge ANY site for actually displaying your work when it was distributed. Most likely if the work you found is more than 30 days old you are viewing in our archives only and its not actually on public display unless you specifically search for that title via a search engine.
