reduction in helpdesk call volume was realized. As well, training costs per student were reduced by 70% and accessibility to training was expanded. Up to 100,000 students, in multiple
locations across the world, were able to access the training.
Although the study continues to this day, there's no doubt that a positive effect has been established. A spokesman for the company said, "When switching to new and lower cost training,
