Recruiting Alliance Names Qualigence CEO as Chairman

AllianceQ, the recruitment collaboration of Fortune 500 companies, announced today the appointment of Stephen A. Lowisz (http://www.qualigence.com/insight/industry.php) as Chairman. Lowisz is CEO and Founder of Qualigence, a highly-respected recruitment research and professional search firm headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.
