River Creek Holdings Inc Announces Acquisition of EQ Labs LLC.

River Creek Holdings, Inc is pleased to announce the acquisition of EQ Labs, LLC. ("EQ") a producer of a unique energy drink tablet that is currently distributed throughout North and South America.

The acquisition was consummated through an exchange of all of the EQ's membership interests for 55,500,000 newly issued shares of the Company's common stock. As a result of the exchange, EQ is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Chairman and CEO Maurice "Mo" Owens comments, "We are delighted to be a public company and to have completed this major step in the evolution of EQ Labs, LLC. The Company continues to develop and market our core energy drink tablet and looks forward to the challenges of building the brand, and creating shareholder value in this expanding $8.5 billion industry. We will be initiating a major push to increase distribution and increase advertising to develop brand awareness over the coming months in North and South America."

The Company anticipates filing for a name and symbol change to more adequately reflect its operations in the immediate future.
