TRS Career Professionals of Oakbrook Terrace Take Honors for 2008

National on-line recruiting firm selects TRS of Oakbrook Terrace, IL to receive their 2008 award for excellence. TRS was selected among a large group of executive recruiting and career firms throughout the US.

The national online recruiting firm Professional-Exchange announced this week that TRS of Oakbrook was the 2008 recipient of their prestigious Best in Class award for professional career firms. According to a spokesperson for the Professional-Exchange qualifications for the award are, They must: have been in business for 10 or more years; have a customer satisfaction rating of at least 95%; demonstrate a commitment to their clients; and provide written satisfaction guarantee to each client.

A spokesperson for the Professional-Exchange said that this was their 17th year to offer the award; and that this was the fourth time for TRS of Oak Brook to win since the Professional-Exchange started presenting the award in 1992.

A spokesman for TRS said that they were honored to be recognized again. We feel that seeing our clients successfully complete their job search the best award of all.

The organization is a regionally based, executive / professional career firm whose focus is on job and career transition for managers, professionals, and executives for the Chicago and Northern, IL region. The firm also has a network of affiliates that provide them with a national overview of the job market; well beyond the Northern Illinois area.

The Professional-Exchange said the announcement was delayed due to a high number of qualifying firms for the award, making it that much more of an event that TRS of Oak Brook was selected. The field was larger this year, and there was much more competition, said the Professional-Exchange The Professional-Exchange survey ranked TRS highest in client satisfaction 2 years in a row.
