College Parenting, College Finance, College Debt, Getting Along With Your College Studentwhile parents scramble over the summer to get their college students ready for college they struggle with questions about being a better college parent.





Dr. Debi Yohn, author, expert, psychologist wants to know what their most burning college parenting questions are.



Dr. Yohn says, "Being a parent of a college student can be a daunting challenge. The kids aren't under your wingand your parenting style must shift from a more direct to more a more collaborative style. Too many parents struggle un-necessarily with that."



Confusion about how to make that transition has prompted this survey. The answers will help college parents benefit from Dr. Yohn's expert advice.



College debt and college finances are also an important topic this time of the year. With 50% of all college students failing to graduate, they are hit with the double whammy of a lower lifetime income and the high college debt for their partially completed education. By some estimates those students will earn over a million dollars less in their lifetime.



"Sad to say, I see so many situations where a student's drop out is preventable. Usually a small adjustment to parenting style can provide the mid-course correction that keeps the student on track," says Dr. Yohn.
