goal is to recognize those who, like the little lollipops, brighten the lives of others through small gestures of kindness and generosity.

Dum Pops legacy. One winner in each of three categories (youth ages 13-18, adults ages 19-55, and seniors ages 56+) will receive a $1,000 cash prize and a case of 2,000 Dum Dum Pops, and
the winners's8217; nominators will receive Dum Dum Pops and a t-shirt. Fifty first-prize winners in each age group also will receive candy and t-shirts. Official rules and nomination
