For only $99, the lucky pilot meets a Hollywood Aviators flight instructor who conducts a pre-flight briefing, demonstrates the controls of the 4-seat single-engine Piper Cherokee or Cessna 172, directs the pilot throughout the route, and completes a post-flight briefing. Since the flight is an actual FAA-certified lesson (as long as a US passport or birth certificate is presented as proof of US citizenship), the time is logged in a Pilot's Logbook, which along with a photograph and "First Flight" certificate makes a truly memorable souvenir. Should the pilot choose to continue with flight lessons, that time is credited towards the requirements of a pilot certification.
