Distributed Compliance Solutions Expands in the Midwest with aMichiganbased...

Distributed Compliance Solutions L.L.C., the premier hosting company of controlled content management solutions, today announced a new Midwest office in Michigan for their local Customer Service staff.

Distributed Compliance Solutions has grown its virtual help desk, support and training staff to support Life Science firms. DCS offers support, training and help desk services as part of its hosted solutions. To meet customer demand DCS now offers 'shosted's support and training services to firms that are maintaining their in-house computer systems but prefer to outsource the support and even administrative day-to-day needs.

DCS hosted services model has grown with firms in the Midwest. To that end the firm has hired staff and located them in the region to work with customers or travel quickly on-site as needed.

DCS offers a virtual Center Of Excellence group that these firms have managed in-house in the past but prefer to contract in today'ss market, stated John Nidelcheff, Managing Partner, Distributed Compliance Solutions. We have seen request in the region for contracted Training and Administrative support grow over the past few months so it was best for our customers to locate the staff nearby.

Distributed Compliance Solutions will lease space from the Ann Arbor SPARK facilities with SPARK'ss 'sstart-up's minded solutions that allowed for quick planning and expansion.

DCS is also looking to expand their operations group in Maryland. Currently they have a sales office in the Silver Springs area.
