Medactive Oral Pharmaceuticals, LLC, announced today that it has entered into a License/Supply Agreement with WhiteHill Oral Technologies, Inc. that provides Medactive exclusive rights to produce and market a new generation of oral care pharmaceuticals.

The agreement paves the way for introduction of Patient-Friendly's8482; Oral Care products, including Hi-Impact's8482; rinses, sprays, lozenges, gels, prophy tape, toothbrushes and toothpastes.

Based on WhiteHill technology, property rights and trade secrets, the Patient-Friendly's8482; MedActive's174; Hi-Impact products will enable healthcare professionals to provide a new standard of oral care to high-risk patients with serious oral complications associated with many health challenges.

Medactive expects to begin commercial introduction of the Patient-Friendly's8482; MedActive's174; HI-IMPACT's8482; Oral Care Products in the fourth quarter of this year. Additional information is available on www.medactive.com

Patient-Friendly's8482; MedActive's174; products will be offered in single-use packaging - to protect against cross-contamination and to enhance patient compliance.
