Dallas, NC May 10, 2006 -- Nick Zupp has been named Vice President of Engineering for Hays Fluid Controls. Nick has been with Hays since September 24, 2004 as Manager of Engineering. Hays manufactures control valves and related products primarily for water-based heating and air-conditioning systems in commercial buildings and Navy ships. It is a division of Romac Industries of Seattle, Washington.

Nick's8217;s previous experience includes:

Director of Engineering at Hays Fluid Controls in Dallas, N.C., 2004-Present.

Director of Engineering at Griffin Thermal System in Piedmont, S.C., 2002-2004, and Systems Engineering Manager for Delphi Harrison Thermal System (GM Harrison Radiator) in Detroit and other locations from 1994 to 2002. He was also an engineer for Grumman Aerospace, McDonnell Aircraft and Bowles Fluidics from 1984 to 1994. He has been active in the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) including contributing to new specifications for various valves, writing part of the 1998 ASHRAE Refrigeration Handbook, and past chairman of the Refrigeration Systems Controls Committee, Nick and his wife, Jackie, will be moving from Greenville, SC.     Nick earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Geneva College, PA and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York.
