Despite his varied political activities, Tim believes that the most rewarding part of politics is talking to regular people about their opinions.

When he's not involved in politics, Tim is a huge sports fan. He loves to watch and play baseball, football, hockey, bowling, and billiards. He also plays guitar and bass, and he has written, recorded, and distributed four albums of original music over the past five years. He is an avid dog lover and enjoys playing with his parents' two West Highland White Terriers, Sadie and Sammy. Tim also enjoys spending time with his fiance, Tulin Ozturk.
