How did Bush and Cheney manage to win election 2008

Obama, unfortunately, has not provided the evidence to substantiate his being born in the U.S., however inconvenient for him, a requirement of the U.S. Constitution. See note 1 below. Philadelphia Lawyer Philip J. Berg, www.obamacrimes.com, has documented his efforts to have Obama and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) comply with what Americans would take for granted, the evidence that Obama has the right to run for president. In spite of court cases involving Obama, see note 2a below, where the expected result would be delivery of the documents required, that did not occur. See note 2b below.

If this has been an issue the reader expected to go away, hopefully long ago, and but, he has a Hawaiian birth certificate has been discussed, the news is not good.

Hawaii it seems, at the time of Obama'ss birth allowed births that took place in foreign countries to be registered in Hawaii. See Note 3 below. Thus, Obama'ss Hawaiian birth certificate, given the efforts by Obama to not produce it, gives us non-lawyers reason to be concerned that there is information, or the lack of it, damaging to Obama, Landis explained.

And how did Bush and Cheney win Election 2008

As previously reported, Bush and Cheney are loyal not to the U.S. Constitution, but to the Project For the New American Century (PNAC). A stated goal of PNAC is to create Empire, USA. See note 4 below

So, Landis suggests, if Bush and Cheney and their criminal PNAC supporters decide invading Iran would be a good idea for their goals, what more would they need to do then remind Obama that they will forget that they know about his lack of credentials, for his cooperation.

It would be difficult, Landis continues, to image a bigger black hole than this one.

Congress, Landis states, is already negligent in their refusals to impeach Bush and Cheney for their criminal acts and their refusal to end the illegal Iraq War. An illegal war with deadly consequences for Americans soldiers who are being exposed to the radioactive weapon of Mass Destruction Depleted Uranium, see note 8 below, and over one million deaths of Iraqi civilians.

The failure of Congress to step in and help ensure the validity of a presidential candidate is criminal negligence and the American people are being betrayed.

And of solutions, Landis suggests: Americans deserve better than this. We the People -We the Media call upon Congress to immediately demand the truth and legal validation of Obama'ss credentials. This proving not possible, we have no real option but to declare Election 2008 invalid and re-do it with candidates willing to protect and defend the US constitution, including the impeachments now of Bush and Cheney and an immediate end to the Iraq War.
