Craig Leipold Dan Coholan Join American Graduate School of Management...

January 19, 2005 -- American Graduate School of Management (AGSM), founded as a Vanderbilt University Technology Company, has elected two leading advisors, Mr. Dan Coholan and Mr. Craig Leipold, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Coholan, Managing Director, Global Investment Banking, RBC Capital Markets, leads RBC Capital Markets' Communications, Media and Technology practice in Canada which focuses on emerging high growth companies in the communications, media and technology sectors. Mr. Coholan joined RBC Capital Markets in 1987 after receiving an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He also holds an M.Ed in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University and a BA from Trent University. He has served on the Board of Trent University and is Chair of its Development Council. Mr. Leipold is owner of the Nashville Predators National Hockey League Club and a member of the NHL's executive committee. Prior to establishing the Predators franchise, Leipold founded Ameritel Corporation and operated Rainfair Corporation, a 125-year-old manufacturer of protective clothing and footwear. He is a member of the Hendrix College Board, serves as a member of the advisory board of the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and he is active in several charitable and community initiatives.
