Albany, NY January 22, 2008 -- CAI's IT Metrics and Productivity Institute is hosting a one-day seminar in Albany, New York that will show CIOs and senior IT practitioners how to leverage software best practices to dramatically improve the productivity and quality of their software development and maintenance organizations.

The conference will include keynote presentations by Capers Jones, author and Chief Scientist Emeritus of Software Productivity Research (SPR); Dr. Larry Dribin, Former Director of the Chicago Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN); Dr. Tom Love, Founder and CEO of ShouldersCorp and author of "Object Lessons: Lessons Learned in Object Oriented Programming;" and Bob Lawhorn, CTO of CAI.
