1ISI Releases Privacy Security and Free Services For Domain NameRegistrations

Internet Services International (www.1isi.com), an ICANN accredited domain name registrar and internet services company, is pleased to announce the release of new services to secure domain privacy and offers free services with domain registrations.

Ted Gray the founder of 1isi.com having many years of experience with registrar services and internet security concerns, and having written the API for the second largest domain registrar in the world before launching 1isi, became very familiar with what resellers and retail customers wanted to ensure their success in this competitive industry. 1isi has carried that philosophy forward and maintains that if there are any tools or services that a reseller needs within reason, that tool will be built.

Earlier this year a very large service provider had an account compromised, their host records were hijacked, and as a result all traffic that was intended to go to the customer'ss legitimate site was routed to a phishing site. When it was finally discovered that the break in occurred and dns records were corrected, it took nearly a full day before traffic began routing correctly again.

1isi security services will now secure domains, nameserver settings, host records, contact information and more per the owners request. Under normal conditions if contact information is changed by an unauthorized user, they can enter a transfer order and essentially steal the domain. DNS and host record changes will route the traffic to a different location. In the 1isi system if any changes occur an email will be sent by default. If a higher security setting is chosen a notice which must be responded to before the changes take effect will be sent.
