BridgePoint Technologies Names Mark Aguilera Project Manager and Senior...

BridgePoint Technologies (www.mybridgepoint.com), an Information Technology consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Mark Aguilera as Project Manager and Senior Technical Lead. In his position, he will be responsible for over-seeing the development efforts of multiple projects, as well as building up the Project Solutions Practice with Vice President, Laura Barker.

Aguilera brings over ten years of project management and information technology experience to BridgePoint, having most recently served as project manager at UBS Global Asset Management where he managed development efforts of nearly 30 global and regional mission-critical applications serving the Americas, Europe and APAC.

His background includes managing projects related to order management systems, trade messaging, equity research, historical product databases and fixed income analytics. He also led the successful implementation of Checkfree's Tradeflow messaging system utilizing Oasys Domestic, the first equity implementation on Wall Street.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System from DeVry University.
