Carahsoft Technology Awarded Position 2 on Everything Channels CRN...

Carahsoft Technology Corp., the trusted government IT solutions provider, today announced that it has been ranked #2 on Everything Channel's 2008 CRN Fast Growth 100 List. The CRN Fast Growth 100 list recognizes the fastest growing companies in the channel industry.

The 2008 CRN Fast Growth 100 firms averaged two-year revenue growth ('05-'07) of 153 percent, and average annual sales of products and services in 2007 of $106 million. As the second fastest-growing company on the list overall Carahsoft was also recognized by the publishers as the #1 fastest growing Government VAR.

Carahsoft posted a 2005-2007 growth rate of 528.7 percent, with 2007 sales growing to more than $228.9 million.

To be eligible for the 2008 Fast Growth 100, companies must be an IT solution provider; be based/headquartered in the U.S.; have had net sales of at least $1,000,000 in calendar year 2005; and be an independent company.

This is the third honor Carahsoft has received from Everything Channel this year. In June, Carahsoft was named the VARBusiness Top Revenue Generator ($100-$250 million category), and in May, the company was named the Government VAR State and Local Government Solution Provider of the Year.
