John Raffetto and David Herman's New Year's resolutions have nothing to do with getting in shape or eating less junk food. Their declarations, rather, are entirely business-oriented, championing the new firm they jointly created after seven years as colleagues.

Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications, or RH Strategic for short, will offer strategy and planning, public relations and marketing, and design services to innovators in the technology, health care, and public sector markets. Raffetto and Herman previously worked together in the technology practice of Infotech Strategies.
