THE GOAL

If we sell all pixels by December 31st 2006, we pledge to:



- Donate 1 Million U.S. Dollars (or 1/2 Million U.S. Dollars each to 2 charities) to (still to be decided), in addition to the 10% already donated to the charity/organization you chose at the time of purchase



- Provide an additional 2 years of advertising*. Site will be up until at least December 31st 2012



THE ULTIMATE GOAL

If we sell all pixels by June 31st 2006, we pledge to:



- Donate 2 million U.S. Dollars (or 1 Million U.S. Dollars each to 2 charities) to (still to be decided), in addition to the 10% already donated to the charity/organization you chose at the time of purchase



- Provide an additional 5 years of advertising*. Site will be up until

at least December 31st 2016



*Advertising will include your banner on our home page, plus a link to your Web site.
