Former Paralyzed Man Who Lost His Memory Fights Back in Court



Stanley Siler with medical records of his injury of July 7, 1983, determined a vegetable, 99% percent dead, paralyzed, mute, could not move mouth, tongue, or even swallow, and with no feeling left. Only to blink eyes! One blink for yes and two blinks for a no, had lost all memory of what had happened, or who he was!



's8220;A Miracle Happened,'s8221; Stan regained lost memory after his injury sustained at Dillingham Ship Repair. Stan inquiring about his injury which happened 23 years ago, discovered Dillingham Ship Repair left him for dead, concealing his injury so know one would find out the real facts, hidden deep in records.



Several years past, Stan doing research, studying laws, digging in the mass of records, only to find out he was taken advantaged of by Dillingham Ship Repair, who was represented by Dennis Vavrosky an attorney with tactical knowledge of the legal system. Other attorneys came together, making his claims out to be, 's8220;Frivolously Filed.'s8221; When attorneys make your claims out to be frivolous, the courts look the other way, turning a cheek, without verification or proof of the claims.



Mobilizing public opinion is a powerful tool when fighting for causes you are serious about. It is not always easy to make your voice heard and gain the attention of the community, statewide interest and wider targets. In regards to national and international agendas, public trusts and confidence in our legal system are put to the test.



Stans petition docketed in the United States Supreme Court, as Stanley R. Siler vs. United States, docket 05-11370. 's8220;Stan with new issues and facts, never before considered,'s8221; on July 13, 2006 the United States Supreme Court distributed the petition for Conference of September 25, 2006.



Full faith and credit will be given in each State to the public acts, records and judicial proceedings of every other state. Thus, a judgment in a lawsuit and a criminal conviction rendered in one state will be recognized and enforced in any other state.



This case can only be settled in The United States Supreme Court (court of last resort). The courts below cannot rule on constitutional matters. The burden of responsibility to avoid dismissal is placed on Petitioner. Stan presented his Original Copyright Recordings for inspection in the petition filed on May 18, 2006. Prima facie evidence; recordings as constructive notice, records are voluminous, too large for petition.



Stan, 's8220;in good faith,'s8221; exhibited the Original Copyright Recordings that are in his control for inspection and research. The United States Supreme Court, the highest court in the United States, which has the ultimate power to decide constitutional questions and other appeals based on the jurisdiction granted by the Constitution, including cases based on federal statutes, and when the federal government is a party.



Stan notified all respondents and the appropriate officials. Respondents: Dennis Vavrosky, et al. Now Dennis Vavrosky and the other attorneys are enraged by the way Stan presented his evidence to prove. Shown by their nonperformance to answer Stans's8217; claims, the respondents established their guilt.
